Returns Policy

At Gaaman, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Your Right to Cancel:
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods (known as the ‘cooling-off period’). To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clearly. You do not need to provide a reason. If an item is returned within 14 days but does not meet the eligibility criteria, we have the right to refuse a full refund or offer a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a refund:
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Items may be tried on for fit but must not be worn or used beyond this
Exemptions:
Please note the following items cannot be returned:
  • Made-to-order, personalised or bespoke items
  • Items where hygiene is a concern (e.g. face coverings, underwear) if opened or used
  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable items
These exemptions are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return Process:
  • Request a refund via the website/Shop app (if you have any issues with these, do get in touch at contact@gaaman.com)
  • Securely package the item(s) and return them to the address we provide
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Important Notes
  • Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We advise using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit
    • We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the risk of loss or damage in transit is borne by you until the item is received by us
    • We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit without proof of postage
  • Refunds cannot be issued for returns requested after 14 days from delivery
