We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from the date of purchase. If you place a pre-order, we aim to dispatch this within 3 working days of when we receive your order (please see 'Pre-Order Policy' for further guidance). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Address Accuracy:

Delivery Attempts:
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they may leave a card with further instructions, attempt delivery to a neighbour, or return the parcel to a local depot. In such cases, you may be required to arrange redelivery or collection.
