When Do You Restock?

Each piece is released in limited quantities and will not be restocked — once it's gone, it's gone.
To secure access to our exclusive drops, follow us on social media and subscribe to our mailing list for early announcements. Also, be sure to join our rewards programme for exclusive insight into upcoming drops as well.
On rare occasions, we may bring back select favourites — but only those within the legacy will know.

When Will I Receive My Pre-Order?

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item in advance before it is available for immediate shipment. We aim to fulfill all pre-orders within 30 to 60 days from the date of payment.
If at any point during this period you wish to cancel your pre-order, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- The 30–60 day fulfilment timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to changes due to production or shipping delays.
- You will be notified once your pre-ordered item is ready to ship.

When Will My Giftcard Balance Run Out?

Our gift cards do not expire and will retain their full value indefinitely. There are no hidden fees or reductions over time — the balance you receive is the balance you can use at any point.

Can I Swap My Giftcard Balance For Account Credit Or Cash?

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit. This policy is in place to help prevent misuse and to ensure the security and integrity of all gift card transactions.

Gift cards are intended for the purchase of products only, and their value remains fixed for use at checkout.

What Happens If An Item In My Order Is Out Of Stock?

While our processes are designed to prevent this, in the rare event that an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
